And it remains an indispensable guide with world events leading to “the sharpening of debates over several of the relevant topics”.The author states that “war has plagued homo sapiens since the dawn of recorded history and, at almost any particular moment in the annals of the species, it appears to be raging in at least a portion of the globe (frequently, in many places at one and the same time)”. Although it is a reasonable observation to suggest that we also have “international armed conflicts” which are “short of war” so the title of the book caters for what can be called “outright states of war” although the issues remains similar. This was a great re-introduction to Olivia Turner stories! I really enjoyed this one and felt that it also had a great story line in addition to all the sexy times!

This book is definitely OTT like it promised. Carter is one OTT possessive alpha male. He is crazy obsessed with the heroine and goes slightly mad as he waits to claim her. If you don’t like May/December romances about crazy, OTT heroes that fall for barely legal heroines than this book isn’t for you.Safety and SpoilersCompletely safe. No op drama but hero makes a little drama with heroines assistant soccer coach. Hero has been celibate for years, h is a virgin. No abuse. H is on a date when the story opens but that goes nowhere. Hero was completely devoted to heroine the moment he met her.

Omg Olivia is back! I missed this suthor so! Over the top alphas and sweet girls gimmie gimmie . Carter hired a babysitter to watch his son when he finally goes out on a date as a favor to his best friend but wjen he opens the door gor the babysitter and sees Brooklyn he doesn't want anyone but her. After rushing through his date and being barely civil to get home he knows instatally when he sees her asleep on the sofa that she belongs there with him. Brooklyn feels the same but doesn't really think Carter could want her but when he shows her that she is his she knows its real! Sweet and sexy sexy!

I received this book as an advanced copy & am choosing to review it voluntarily.I really loved this quick read. This author never fails to deliver a fast-paced, eloquent & steamy story that it'll set your kindle on fire!The instant chemistry between Carter & Brooklyn was so electrifying & magnetic from the start, that I found I couldn't put this read down for a minute!Well Done Olivia. I look forward to much more in the future!
