GREAT Book of the history of the American West and Laughlin's part in it's development. Brenda K. Warnekahas a captivating writing style that will transport you to another time and bring you back to the present time of Laughlin. I highly recommend this book to everyone who loves the American South West.

Bought two copies, one for a Christmas gift and one for myself, as I live here in Laughlin. The book was filled with fascinating information and lots of photos and maps. Beautifully done! Looking forward to a second book from Author Brenda Warneka picking up where she ended the first book. I would like to see the growth and development carry on. I would recommend to anyone curious about this wonderful and historical town.

Bought one for me and one for my daughter. The book is a bit over-priced but the photos are nice and the history is accurate. As a 20-year resident of Laughlin, it was nice to have some history compiled in one easy to read book.
